He is a man with distinctive vision, dynamism, commitment and innovative ideas. He comes from a very prominent and highly respectable Muslim family of Nawabganj Upazila, Dhaka on March 14, 1955.
Education
This talented and self motivated industrialist Mr. Khan did his graduation degree in 1975 from University of Dhaka. His motto is to learn new ideas and implement it in his business.
Career
After completion his graduation degree, Mr. Khan did not try for any government job rather he engaged himself with business. Despite of having many impediments as well as problems in his life Mr. Khan overcome it with courage by applying his practical experience, merit and perseverance. He established a Printing & Packaging business named Moni Printers & Packages Limited in the year 1979. ASSURANCE MONI Group is a name not only known in the Printing arena it is today synonym of quality be its Ready Made Garments, Furniture industry and Housing arena. All these are possible due to his innovative ideas, tireless efforts, perseverance and dedication with self confidence which contributed to his successful achievements. Now the name ASSURANCE MONI Group inspires trust. His present plan is to establish a modern hospital for health care service. The uninterrupted contribution of this group is moving forwarded to the industrialization of our country and at the same times it contributing enormously in the economic growth of Bangladesh.

Mr. Khan is one of those who have been playing a pivotal role to make an industrialized Bangladesh. RMG products of ASSURANCE MONI Group are being exported to many countries across the World including Europe, America and Asia and earning significant amount of foreign currencies. A significant number of employees over 10,000 people are working with this group on its direct payroll. He is a widely traveled man and visited many countries of the world.

Alongside trade, commerce and industry Mr. Khan is also involved in Social philanthropic works. He has extended his contributing significantly in education sector, religious institutions and also provides scholarship to the poor & meritorious students and also established many socio-cultural organizations in this country.

A man of versatile qualities Mr. Khan does not think only for his own business organization. He has been recognized Commercially Important Person (CIP) by the national board of revenue for the year 2005 and 2006. He is the member of Bangladesh Chamber of Industries (BCI) , Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI), Bangladesh Thai Chamber of Commerce & Industries and printing associations of Bangladesh. He has also been honored by many socio-cultural organizations for his outstanding contributions to the Dhaka Club Limited, Uttara Club Limited, Gulshan Club Limited, Kurmitola Golf Club Limited, Baridhara Cosmopolitan Club Limited, Dhanmondi Recreation Club, Sultana Kamal Womens Club, Savar Golf Club and so on.
